Rail-Mil, long-time partner of ERTMS Solutions, is set to use BaliseLifeCheck (BLC) as their production line test bench to ensure the quality of the Eurobalises produced at their Warsaw facility. The BLC system will be integrated into the Test Bench Production Line BLC Tool which will include a SOAP interface and provide measurements to assess the function of Rail-Mil’s Eurobalises.
This novel use of the BLC system shows that it has great potential as a valuable quality assurance tool in production settings—value which comes from the BLC’s versatility and ability to take precision measurements that are RINA-certified compliant with the ETCS standard.
